Joop Oops!!

The two bottles of Joop I received were unfortunately unusable inasmuch as they did not have spray heads attached. When I notified the seller, I was asked to submit photos for their evaluation. I did this, and they asked me to send the product back to them. I asked them to just ship me a couple sprayheads, but they could not or would not do that. Because I’m visiting out of the country (where I had intended these as gifts) I must wait until I return to ship the product back.
Not a good thing. Strange that they could have shipped them like that. Strange that the manufacturer would have let them out of the plant like that. Actually, there was not room for spray heads in the box they sent. I wonder.
